To build our lasagna base, place half the dry noodles of one packet at the bottom of a small oven-safe glass dish. On top, pour pasta sauce generously. Grate some of your cheddar on top of the source, then cover it with the remaining ramen from that packet.

Step 2

To build your layers, repeat the process, making sure to add a generous amount of pasta sauce to each level, and more grated cheddar on top to make it extra cheesy. Cover with half the ramen from the second packet. Then add more sauce and cheese. Take the final half of the ramen and crumble it on top of your lasagna so it can create a crumble layer.

Add extra cheese on top (you can never have enough cheese), then put in the oven for 30-45 minutes at 350°F until the noodles are fully cooked. Once done, take your beautiful creation out of the oven and enjoy the heavenly taste.

Adding Flare

To add something extra to your ramen lasagna, a chef who tried this viral recipe suggests tossing in some cooked Italian sausage, creamy ricotta, or frozen spinach. If you really want that Italian flavor to come through, you can also exchange the cheddar for mozzarella.
