The Secret Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 (3 oz) jar of capers packed in brine, strained
- 1 tbsp grated lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
- 1 (8 oz) bag of kettle-cooked potato chips
Instructions:
- Start by preheating your oven to 200°F and put a layer of paper towels on a rimmed baking sheet. Place the strained capers on them and cover them with another paper towel. Then, lightly rub to dry the capers.
- Take another rimmed baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Transfer the capers there and bake in the oven for about 3 hours. Then, turn off the oven and let the capers cool inside. Blend them in a food processor until you get a powdered texture.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and heat the chips on a rimmed baking sheet for about 5 minutes.
